Prior Knowledge- What is Design?

Design is a plan or drawing produced to show the look and function
or workings of a building, garment, or other object before it is made.

 It is about creating solutions.

Native Plants- The important information

Let's look at your research. What are the important things we need to think about when we design the garden area?

Size and Position

What do we know about the four plants we have researched?

Where would you put them in the garden?

Activity

Use the template to decide where the plants will go.
You will have 3 or 4 of each plant.

Use circles to draw where the plants will go. Make sure you label the circle with the plant.

If you can, you may like to create a legend or key.
